Theodore Arturo Shipping Policy

At Theodore Arturo, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Verification

For your protection, the shipping and billing information must match during checkout. Your billing address must match the information your card-issuing bank has on file. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification before processing.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because Theodore Arturo operates with both in-stock inventory and select drop-shipped products, processing times may vary depending on the item(s) ordered.

  • Standard Processing: 5–14 business days after payment verification.
  • Express Processing: 2–3 business days after payment verification (when available).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Estimated delivery dates begin after your order has shipped, not when your order is placed.

Drop Shipping

Some Theodore Arturo products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This allows us to deliver your products as efficiently as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Theodore Arturo is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, weather conditions, customs delays, or misrouted packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes Signature Confirmation during checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Theodore Arturo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Shipping Address Changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

We can only ship to the address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at info@theodorearturo.com within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Correct shipping address

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Theodore Arturo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
